“Courage is the measure of our heartfelt participation with life, with another, with a community, a work: a future.”

Practice Owner, Clinical Social Worker & Therapist

As a clinical social worker and therapist, I specialize in the treatment of trauma and attachment related issues for late teens, adults, and couples. Many of the clients I work with feel stuck - whether in their relationships, family dynamics, negative patterns or belief systems, or feelings of depression & anxiety. I am passionate about helping individuals break free from the prison of the mind to deepen their connection with themselves, enhance the quality of their relationships with others, and cultivate a deeper sense of identity, purpose, and well-being.

One of the most important aspects of therapy is creating a safe and supportive environment where you feel seen and understood - this is where the magic happens. From that place of trust, I am trained in a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques grounded in a neuroscientific and a resilience-oriented approach to support your healing and empower you to live with greater courage and authenticity. My therapeutic style is relational, collaborative, and practical, allowing me to meet you where you are as you navigate your unique path toward lasting change.

Prior to becoming a therapist, I earned my undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of New Hampshire. I then completed my master’s degree in clinical social work at Boston University School of Social Work in 2015, where I focused on supporting individuals and families in Massachusetts before returning to the New Hampshire seacoast in 2020. My clinical experience spans a range of healthcare settings, including inpatient and outpatient hospital programs, non-profit organizations, life-science industry settings, and private practice supporting a variety of patient needs. This diverse perspective is what makes my practice unique and allows me to build meaningful connections with others across many different backgrounds. I am licensed for independent practice in both New Hampshire and Maine.

I appreciate you taking the time to get to know me a little better, and for considering how we might work together. I approach this work everyday with deep gratitude and humility, honoring the vulnerability of my clients as they share their stories and invite me into their lives. This privilege fuels my commitment to supporting their journeys with compassion and respect.

If you have questions or are interested in partnering with me on your journey, I would love to hear from you.
