Individual Therapy
In-person or telehealth sessions designed to identify your needs, honor your feelings, and build on your strengths. After a brief phone consultation, if we decide to work together, we’ll schedule an initial session to explore your history. This will help me understand your challenges and pinpoint specific areas to focus on in our future sessions. Together, we’ll develop a personalized plan tailored to your goals and determine the frequency of our meetings.
Couple Therapy
One of the most powerful experiences a person can have (and, perhaps, the most frightening) is feeling truly seen and understood by another. While individual therapy offers this opportunity, couples therapy provides a unique chance for partners to explore the depth and complexity of their relationship through a safe shared and collaborative lens. Couple therapy can benefit any partnership—whether romantic, long-term, or newly-formed—not only for relationships in crisis, but also for those looking to deepen their connection, improve communication, and strengthen their dynamics.
Similar to my approach in individual therapy, we'll start with a brief phone consultation to determine if we're a good fit to work together. If we decide to move forward, we'll schedule an initial session to explore both your individual histories and your shared experiences as a couple. Couple therapy sessions are conducted in-person, offering a supportive, structured space for partners to work through challenges and build a stronger emotional bond.
Single-Session Therapy (SST)
This is an as needed approach to therapy. SST is a focused, one-time therapeutic session designed to help individuals gain clarity, direction, or relief around a specific issue. Ideal for those seeking immediate support without committing to ongoing therapy, SST is goal-oriented and practical, aiming to make meaningful progress in just one session. Whether you're facing a decision, feeling stuck, or navigating a challenge, SST offers a structured space for insight and action. SST should not eliminate the need for longer, higher-intensity mental health treatment, but can bridge the gap as a more scalable, affordable option than multi-session therapy.
If you decide to pursue SST, please email me with the subject line “Single-Session Therapy.” I will respond within 24 hours and guarantee an in-office appointment within 48 hours of the next available business day, excluding weekends and major holidays.
Pricing
All services are available on a private pay basis. My fee is $150 for a 60-minute individual or single session therapy and $200 for a 60-minute couple therapy session. I can provide superbills for insurance reimbursement or out-of-network (OON) benefits (this does not apply for SST).
